BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Face must be clean and clear of any facial or makeup products.
Natural eyebrows must be groomed and have little to no excessive hair growth.
FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT BOOKING
An appointment confirmation email will be sent following appointment booking.
Appointment reminders, including exact location address, will be sent 24 hours prior to appointment time.
Makeup upgrade requests made day of appointment is allowed.
Please consider the effort and intricacy of curating your desired look by limiting phone use during appointment time.
No extra guests allowed in the makeup area. All guests will be required to wait in the client waiting area during the duration of service.
FEES
All services require a $30 deposit.
All service deposits and balances are non-refundable. If client is not satisfied with the service outcome, the MUA will make up to 1 makeup element change (must be communicated prior to client’s departure).
Remaining balances are expected to be paid in full, day of service, once the MUA has completed the service.
A 15 minute grace period will be given to all clients. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied to the total balance. Appointment will be canceled after 20 minutes have passed, and clients will be encouraged to book a new appointment. The previous appointment deposit cannot be used towards new appointment booking.
For wedding services, clients will be charged a fee of $50 extra (aside from initial makeup application cost) per every hour the MUA will be needed for on-site touch ups. (total applied to service balance).
For appointments needed earlier than 9am and after closing hours, a fee of $50 will be required and added to the remaining balance.
For any size tattoo covering, a fee of $30 will be applied to service cost.
Acceptable forms of payment: CASH (exact change), Card, PayPal, or Zelle. Cash App is NOT accepted.
TRAVEL

Mobile makeup services are only applicable to Sunday and Monday appointments. Starting from the base location of zip code 30324, the first 8 miles of travel to client’s specified location will be free. After reaching 8 miles, clients will be charged $1 extra per every additional mile traveled until the MUA reaches the location.
(ex. 15 mile travel distance to location = 7 additional miles –> Amounts to $7.00 extra applied towards remaining service balance)

CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled appointments will require a new appointment and deposit if the client needs to reschedule for a different day. (All deposits are non-refundable).
NO SHOWS & RESCHEDULING
All cancelled appointments will require a new booking appointment as well as deposit.
For clients who need to reschedule, please contact the MUA at [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.
No call/no show clients will be banned from booking with DGBC for future appointments.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
All makeup services are final once the MUA has completed the service and the client has provided verbal approval.
One additional makeup look update will be made free of charge to client if the client expresses the desire for the update prior to client or MUA departing. Clients who request more than 1 makeup look update will be required to pay an additional fee of $15 and will be serviced only if time is available.
No use of technology (with exception of headphones) while the MUA is providing service as this slows down progress and time until completion.
The MUA is not responsible for the looseness or fallout of any false individual lashes.
